Do I need a time clock or special hardware?
No. Your employees clock in via the browser, on their own phone or on a shared tablet. The mobile app for iOS and Android is expected at the end of Q3 2026, and if you later want a badge on the wall, the Klox Kiosk is planned for that. Neither requires you to buy anything today: you start right away.
How quickly can I get set up?
In about ten minutes. You create your organisation, invite your employees and start clocking in right away. No installation and no payment details required to start.
Where is my data stored?
On servers within the European Union. We do not store your data anywhere outside the EU and we do not sell it to anyone. A data processing agreement (DPA) is included with every plan by default.
