How does the price calculation work?
All prices are excl. VAT.
You pay per active employee per month. An employee who hasn't clocked in that month doesn't count.
Minimum billing amount: €19/month per organisation (monthly) or €15.83/month (yearly).
With yearly billing, you get 2 months free, which works out to roughly a 17% discount.
Add-ons (terminal, extra worksite) come on top of the monthly amount. Upgrading to Plus can be done at any time.
Pricing questions
Is there a free trial period?
Yes: 14 days free, without payment details. You already choose a plan when signing up, but you only enter payment details when you activate after the trial period. You can cancel at any time.
What if I have fewer than 7 employees?
The minimum billing amount is €19/month. With 4 employees on Compliance (€2.90), you therefore pay €19/month. From around 7 employees onward, the per-employee price kicks in.
How much does the clock-in terminal cost?
The terminal is still in development and therefore not yet available to order. The expected rates are €699 one-off plus €45/month maintenance, or a lease without deposit at €69/month over 36 months, each excluding VAT. In the meantime you clock in via the browser on a shared tablet or computer.
Can I switch plans later?
Upgrading from Compliance to Compliance Plus can be done at any time and takes effect immediately. Downgrading happens at the end of the current billing period.
Is a data processing agreement included?
Yes. The data processing agreement (DPA) is included by default in both plans. You don't need to request it separately.
